All products are made to order, ensuring the quality and authenticity of each item. - Purchase Process
Customers may browse the online store and select desired products.
Before completing the order, they must provide billing and shipping information and expressly accept these terms and conditions. - Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit or debit card via a secure payment gateway (Virtual POS).
All payment data are transmitted securely using SSL encryption. - Production and Shipping
All products are manufactured to order.
- Production time: 3 –5 business days.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Spain, EU & UK: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days.
Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods or due to external circumstances.
- Returns and Exchanges Policy
As all products are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the following cases:
- The product is defective or damaged in transit.
- The wrong model or design was sent compared to what was ordered.
In such cases, the customer must contact sales@morarteshop.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the order and include photos of the affected product.
If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Purchasing a product does not grant the buyer any rights of reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the artworks. - Prices and Invoicing
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, as well as transport costs.
Shipping costs are displayed before completing the purchase.
An electronic or paper invoice will be issued upon request. - Warranty
Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of two years, in accordance with Spanish consumer law.
This warranty covers only defects arising from the production process or faulty materials.
It does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper or negligent use.
- Prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular handling or use.
Slight variations in color or finish compared with the product images shown on the website are normal due to printing processes and screen calibration and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
